Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we will decline any return requests.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a full refund, including the product price and the original shipping fee, will be processed and returned to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@breeklee.com to initiate the process. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. We will also cover the shipping costs for sending the new, exchanged item back to you.

Shipping returns

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@breeklee.com . We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. There are no restocking fees, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
