  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Express service.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 02:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix)
  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 USD applies to all orders.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 4-6 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays).
  • Transit Time: Once processed, delivery takes 10-12 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Total Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 14-18 business days for your order to arrive.

Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations & Tracking

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

4. Taxes and Customs Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

5. Shipping Issues and Support

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the issue within 30 days from the date you receive your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
