1. How do I place an order at Breeklee?

To place an order at Breeklee, simply follow these easy steps:

  • Visit our website and select the products you want to purchase.
  • Choose the size, color (if available), and quantity of the products.
  • Click "Add to Cart."
  • When you're ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout."
  • Provide your shipping and payment information, then confirm the order.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order once completed.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Breeklee only provides shipping to Vietnam and the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat shipping fee of 6.49 USD for all orders. This shipping fee applies to both Vietnam and the United States.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Can I get a refund?

If the product is defective or not as described, we will issue a full refund. Alternatively, if you wish to return the product, you can request a refund within 10 days of receiving the item.

6. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product if the item is defective or not as described. Please contact us via email for assistance.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal. You can pay easily and securely through your PayPal account.

9. Do your products come with a warranty?

We offer a warranty for products with manufacturing defects. If your product is defective within 10 days of receiving it, please contact us for warranty assistance.
